- Unique Features: Cantilevered deck with the potential to be a green roof.
- Material Selection: Introducing Corten steel paneling to reinforce the existing structure, showcasing how it adds both strength and aesthetic appeal to the overall design. Inclusion of cedar tongue and groove siding for the new spaces that contributes to the architectural character and seamlessly integrates with the natural surroundings.
Scope of Work:
The scope of work for this project includes the following:
- Site preparation and clearing, including excavation and grading.
- Architectural design and engineering, ensuring a harmonious blend of aesthetics and structural integrity.
- Construction of the main structure, including walls and roofing.
